Maths Topics
The Maths topics I teach are:
Scotland
Senior Phase curriculum for the 11 – 16 age range (S1 to S5).
Please note, I do not offer tutoring for Higher Maths.
England and Wales
Key Stage 3 curriculum and Key Stage 4 GCSE Foundation and Higher tiers.
Please note, I do not offer tutoring for A Level Maths.
Numeracy
For adults I can provide tutoring in the basic or core skills required for everyday life.
Lessons can be on an ad-hoc basis to meet specific needs.
I can support Functional Skills Entry Levels 1 – 3, Level 1 and Level 2.
In Scotland I can support Numeracy Core Skills Units.
Where possible I base the work on real life problems, presented as a series of projects.

I aim to equip the student with a variety of strategies to use when approaching revision and examinations. Examples include time management, organisational skills, revision timetables, interpreting command words, mindmaps, index cards and using past papers.
